Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses expire within the time period shown on the offer. Active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirement within the allotted window are forfeited and removed from the account. Extensions to bonus validity periods are not available.

Bonus Abuse

If patterns consistent with bonus abuse are identified — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets to exhaust wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other accounts — the bonus and associated winnings will be voided. Accounts involved in repeated bonus abuse will be closed.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless the specific offer states otherwise. Winnings from free spins beyond the cap are not credited to the account balance.
